Carole Aufranc is a swiss illustrator and print designer based in a little town overlooking Lake Léman. Fascinated by organic universe, she has developped a distinctive craft over the years, a contemporary blend of nostalgia and naïve charm.

 

Her work spans a variety of projects, including packaging, textile design, advertisement or editorial illustration, with a focus on children's books. Using a unique digital papercut technique, she loves to play with fresh combinations of colors, bold shapes and delicate textures. Her style has often been described as elegant yet vivid and modern, drawing inspiration from her love for the fauna and the flora, vintage aesthetics and folk art.
