Carole Aufranc is an illustrator based above the Lake of Geneva in Switzerland. After a Bachelor in Illustration, she specialized herself with a Master in Children's Book Illustration at the School of Art of Cambridge.

She creates work for all kind of supports such as children's books, stationery, magazines and textiles. Her illustrations are realised with a delicate digital technique combining handpainted papers and collages. Her style can be described as a blend of fresh colors with soft atmospheres and clean shapes. She developped her craft over the years, drawing inspiration especially from her love for nature, nordic simplicity and mid-century art.
